 NetkaView Network Manager คือ ระบบบริหารจัดการอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย โดยระบบพัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อใช้สำหรับการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน การใช้ทรัพยากรของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในระบบเครือข่าย (Performance Management), การใช้ทรัพยากรในระบบเครือข่าย (Bandwidth Management) , และสามารถเป็นเครื่องมือในการปรับตั้งค่าการทำงานต่างๆ  ของอุปกรณ์ในระบบเครือข่ายขององค์กรได้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการกำหนดนโยบายการใช้งาน Internet และระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศ และข้อมูลขององค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งระบบสามารถทำงานร่วมกับอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายได้หลากหลายยี่ห้อ เช่น Cisco, Juniper, Extreme, H3C, Huawei, 3Com, Redback, และ Foundry และยังสามารถรองรับเทคโนโลยีด้านเครือข่ายที่หลากหลาย เช่น IP, VLAN, MPLS VPN, VPLS, QoS, IP SLA, NetFlow, sFlow, NBAR เป็นต้น

With comprehensive performance monitoring, NetkaView Network Manager (NNM) supports network status and availability monitoring which are highly precise and reliable for both node and interface down-time calculation. On maintenance mode, the preset maintenance down time will not take into account.

ISP user can provide MPLS VPN web portal to their customers as a value added service and let them see their own actual VPN traffic and availability.
